1. Fast Dispatch (Australia-Wide) We know you want your order fast. We offer rapid dispatch for all customers across Australia.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

  • Adult Signature Required: All packages are sent via a mandatory "Adult Signature Required" service. The recipient may be required by the delivery driver to present a valid Australian Driver’s License, Proof of Age Card, or Passport proving they are 18 years of age or older.

  • No Unattended Deliveries: By law, packages containing vape products cannot be left at reception, with security, or unattended at your door (No Authority to Leave). If no one over 18 is available to sign, the package will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Hygiene & Safety Policy (Change of Mind) Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Disposable vapes, e-liquids, and pods are classified as consumable and hygienic products. For strict health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any product once it has been opened, unsealed, or used, unless it is faulty.

2. Defective Items (Dead on Arrival - DOA) Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you receive a product that is defective right out of the box (e.g., it does not fire, auto-fires, or blinks indicating a fault upon first use), this is considered "Dead on Arrival" (DOA).

  • Reporting Window: Please ensure you test your products upon receipt. You must report DOA issues to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • How to Claim: Please email [email protected] or contact us via WhatsApp with your Order Number.

  • Evidence Required: To deter fraud and expedite your claim, we require a clear Video demonstrating the defect.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed by our team, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund/store credit.

3. Wrong Item Received In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong flavor or brand ordered), please do not open the package. Keep the item in its original, sealed condition and contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

4. Cancellation You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the package has been handed over to our courier partners for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.
